Will I need to upgrade my gas line?
A qualified installer should make that determination prior to installation. Some retrofit applications will require an upgrade.

Will Navien`s water heater give me instant hot-water results?
Navien can supply endless hot water and can offer instant hot water if used with a recirculation system (Navien “A” models) or other systems sized to your application.

Are there special venting requirements?
No. In most cases your installer can use Schedule 40 PVC for the venting.

Where should I have the water heater installed?

Should I install the water heater myself?
No! Improper installation will void your warranty and could have a potentially harmful effect on you and your family.
