Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning:  This Program entitles you to two (2) onsite inspections per year of your HVAC systems (one visit in the Spring between March and July and one visit in the Fall between September and January).

Services Provided to You:

  • Waive service fees on all calls made during normal business hours
  • 24-hour priority emergency service
  • Inspect the evaporator coil for proper heat transfer efficiency
  • Tune burners for more efficient burns
  • Clean ignition assembly to ensure reliable operation
  • Clean and inspect furnace heat section
  • Verify flue draft to ensure proper ventilation
  • Inspect flue pipe to ensure proper ventilation
  • Inspect flue pipe to ensure no corrosion
  • Calibrate the thermostat for accurate control
  • Test refrigerant to ensure optimum levels
  • Test capacitors to ensure reliable operation
  • Test crankcase heaters
  • Inspect and test controls and safety devices
  • Adjust the fan switch to prevent energy waste
  • Adjust balancing dampers to improve comfort
  • Clean and inspect filters to reduce compressor strain
  • Inspect and adjust the blower assembly to extend the life of the motor
  • Check the air flow to ensure proper air flow across the evaporator coil
  • Visually inspect duct work to identify leaks
  • Tighten electrical connections to ensure proper equipment operation
  • Measure and record voltage and amperage of equipment
  • Lubricate all moving parts to restore heat transfer efficiency
  • Clean outside condensing coil
  • Verify condensation from the air conditioning is draining properly
  • Inspect the burner assembly for proper combustion

Plumbing: This Program entitles you to one comprehensive plumbing inspection per year.

Services Provided to You:

  • Waive the service fee on all calls made during normal business hours
  • 24-hour priority emergency service
  • Free visual inspection of all plumbing components (commodes, faucets, drains and shut-off valves)
  • Inspect the water heater for proper operation and the absence of leaks
  • Check connections and piping on the water heater
  • Check the valves on the water heater for proper operation
  • Identify and tag the main water supply shut-off valve
  • Identify and tag the main gas supply shut-off valve
  • Identify and tag the hot water supply shut-off valve
  • Identify and tag the hose-bib shut-off valve
  • Drain the sediment from the water heater

Electrical: This Program entitles you to one comprehensive electrical inspection per year.

 Services Provided to You:

  • Waive the dispatch fee on all calls made during normal business hours
  • 24-hour priority emergency service
  • Test ground fault receptacles for sensitivity
  • Test the smoke detectors circuitry for interconnection
  • Test smoke detectors to ensure proper operation
  • Check and tighten the house grounding system
  • Check main service cable termination
  • Check all wiring in the main panel for proper sizing
  • Check the main panel for ARC fault protection/tighten electrical connections in the panel
  • Replace the batteries in the smoke detectors as needed
  • Check the attic fan for proper operation
  • Visually inspect all aluminum wires in the panel for signs of oxidation
