Chuck was the technician who came to check on my hot water heater which was not working properly. He was very professional and had no problem answering all of my questions. He was able to acquire the parts without charge to me after calling the mfr. He was on time, courteous, and patient. He completed the repairs and went out of his way not only explaining the work performed, but showing me how to drain the heater to clear sediment as well as answering questions concerning protecting my water pipes. Chuck is a very professional and courteous technician.

Steve Boyd was at our home this morning to install a panel that I can connect my portable generator to. He was all professional ! Told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Then did it. After the installation he hooked up the generator and powered everything in the house (except those items that are 220 volt), giving me complete how-to instructions. Steve is a real assett to your company, and a real pro !

Joel was great! I phoned emergency service at 4 a.m. for very heavy dripping into my condo from a broken hot water tank upstairs. They took care of that, too, but for my part, they stopped the leaking quite quickly. Another good experience w Am'n Mech. Many thanks Joel
