HOME STANDBY GENERATOR PEAK PERFORMANCE
The generator service agreement is designed to keep your generator ready for service should there be a power failure. The generator technician will change the oil and spark plugs in the generator, test the battery and do a comprehensive test of all component parts and well as test the power transfer and set the exercise timer. The cost of this annual program starts at $169.00.
SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING
American Mechanical offers quarterly and semi-annual contracts for homeowners’ associations to keep their common lines clean and clear. The common sewer lines will be jet washed and a video inspection done to ensure that the lines are clear and in good condition. This service is priced per job.
