Call Center Representative
Small call center seeking friendly, enthusiastic, "people person" who is adaptable, great with new technology and talking on the phone.
You will book incoming service requests from homeowners and property managers for homes in the Hampton Roads area. Services we offer include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and generator repairs and installations. Must be detail oriented, organized and accurate, as lead sources come in through multiple internet portals, email, chat, text, CRM and telephone.
Candidate must be able to handle high calls volumes during seasonal temperature swings, (we actually have a lot of fun!) but still be able to take time to make sure each customer is treated with empathy and sincerity, as home emergencies are extremely stressful to the homeowners in our community.
Representatives must whatever necessary to promote customer satisfaction, providing five star service on every call.
