Our Happy Calls

share

Did you know that American Mechanical calls each of our customers after a service visit, just to be certain that you are satisfied? Rodger, our Marketing Director, or Stacey, his worthy assistant, will call you to be certain that your experience was a positive one, that your service issues were resolved and that the technician was efficient. We call these “Happy Calls.”

A lot of heart goes into each Happy Call. At American Mechanical, we are continually monitoring customer satisfaction and experience. Because we are aware of the importance of clear communication, we make every effort to connect with you and give you a chance to voice your compliments and complaints regarding your service visit.

The go-to icebreaker for these calls is a sincere, heartfelt “thank you!” from us to all of the Virginia Beach home & business owners for trusting us to perform your plumbing, electrical, HVAC or gas repair. Our founder and leader, John Cornett, values honesty and integrity above all else and we have been “exceeding customer expectations since 1994.”

If you’ve recently had residential or commercial HVAC or Plumbing work done by an American Mechanical technician, then Rodger or Stacey will call with questions to determine whether your technician arrived on time, was kind and courteous and answered all of your questions.

We will ask if you have any future projects or repairs planned for which we may be needed, and provide further information about our services. Finally, we will ask you to review our technicians, so that we may reward our top performers, who continue to make American Mechanical the best in the business!
