The sales representative came out to go over the boiler replacement with me and other available options. Seeing that my 103 year old house also has window air conditioning units, we decided to shut the old boiler down and install Trane/Mitsubishi mini-split heating and cooling system which costs more but will save us $$$ on heating and air conditioning bills.
