“I could not have had a better experience. The front office was super friendly when scheduling and kept me up to date on the status throughout the day. Most places give you a five hour window and you are left waiting. Not this company! They give constant updates. They also sent me a picture of my technician so I would know who would be here. My technician was amazing. He knew exactly what the problem was immediately but also went above and beyond by showing me what he was doing and explained why I had the issue and how I can fix things if it happens again in the future. Neil J. came out first and was straight to the point, gave us the best options and did work that he didn’t have to do. His customer service exceeded above and beyond. On the day of our ac unit installation, Tony J. was prompt and on time like they said they would be. They came in, made sure things were put down in place to be safe and clean. They started the job and definitely ran into more problems than they and I expected and were quick to come up with a solution. Taylor B. and Tony J. work as a great team together and got things together right. Once it was known that we had the wrong thing, Kevin G. showed up with the correct part and worked quickly to join the team and work to get it done. Nothing was broken, the house was left in great shape and our heat was back on and up to 70 degrees within 5-10 minutes of turning it on. It was not an emergency but definitely a quality of life issue and they made me their first available appointment and worked within my schedule.
